Return Time Frame: You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

Shipping Costs: If your item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping. However, if you’re returning it simply because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs.

Defective or Broken Products: If your item is faulty or not functioning, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll assist you with the return at no additional cost. Once we receive it and verify the issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund, including shipping fees.

Change of Mind Returns: If you decide you no longer want your purchase, you have 30 days to return it. You’ll need to cover the return shipping. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. After we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the item’s cost, minus shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll email you about your refund status. If approved, we’ll process it back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that banks or card companies may take some time to reflect the refund. If it’s been over 10 business days since we notified you about the refund and you haven’t seen it, feel free to contact us at support@luxeprivehighticketecom.com.
A restocking fee may apply to your return.
