Damaged Products
What should I do if my product is damaged?
Inspect the packaging upon arrival. If you notice any damage, even to the box, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you can’t open the package but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item arrives damaged, please send photos to support@luxeprivehighticketecom.com, and we will arrange for a replacement or compensation.
